Mystery Solved: Playing Golf is Easier than Having An Affair

*When I first heard about Tiger Woods getting into an accident, I thought, yeah he was drunk but then I learned more info and after speaking to my ever imaginative hubby, I teetering now.

The facts:

  • Tiger Woods hit a tree next to a neighbor's home at 2:25am
  • His airbags did NOT deploy (his speed was not fast enough at the time of the impact: but was still fast enough for him to lose control)
  • He's driven down that street many many times
  • His wife broke out BOTH back windows of his car to free him
  • He was unconscious and laying down when a neighbor called police
  • When police arrived to interview him, they were turned down 3 days in a row before finally speaking to him(Only a celebrity gets THAT kind of treatment from cops)
  • There is speculation that Woods is having an affair w/ Rachel Uchitel, a nightclub hostess
  • Woods finally came out w/ a statement saying, "This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way."

What I think happened is he was drunk but Yeti thinks Woods was in a panic to get away from his golf club wielding wife, who found out about his affair. In his panic and as she was beating at his car, he loss control and swerved into the tree. As Yeti said, "Those windows and his nose was broken before he hit that tree."

What do you think happened? It's fun to speculate about celebrities, at least I think so.

I don't know about any affair, but believe he was trying to leave the house and his wife came out with a golf club to get him.... he lost control and bam! I don't think he was drunk.
I also believe the reason he wouldn't talk to the police is to keep his wife from being arrested for domestic abuse.

I personally believed, she confronted him (after convicting him) and started after him with the golf club.... he took out for the car and she followed in hot pursuit , swinging the club the whole way.... he got in the car and took off, looking behind him in disbelief she wasn’t giving up and meant to severely injure him.. She catches up to car and beats the glass out, he looks back to see what happened and hit the tree. Then she drags him out and beats him while on the ground.... she storms off and the neighbors who were watching the whole time, came out to get and called 911 to prove they were there and to have great stories to tell to their friends.

Hmmm, sounds like your scenario may be right on target...who knows, when someone finds "proof" of an affair, like email, or phone messages or a different size panties in the bed, it's bound to get some one TEE'd off. :)

It is a shame that we pry. I think that one reason we do is that these happenings remind us that money and fame do not bring pure happiness. Everyone has problems.

The question I think that needs to be answered is, "What club do you use for a suspected cheater?" Personally I think using an iron is unfair but a 3 wood may not take out your windows.

Maybe his wife sniffed the handle of the golf club and knew he had been cheating and decided to make him feel what being f'd means?

Anyone who plays golf needs their head examined and anyone who watches golf needs a hobby.....can you imagine being shushed at a sporting event??? bahhh

The little I have heard on the incident sounds fishy to me. Unfortunately human nature makes us curious about what goes on in the lives of celebrities. Being in the public eye means that you must always think before you do something that will draw unwanted attention to you.

I'm pretty sure it was his wife, don't blame her if he was running around....But I can just see me in the same spot he was in ...LOL NO I do not run around...speaking about the police on this one lol....if the police came to my house and wanted to talk to me you think I could say ...no not today maybe tomorrow for 3 days??? no that would never happen they would give me a free ride to the first jail they came to!
Can tell you the news media needs to lighten up ...sick of hearing it every 15 minutes...same story every 15 minutes....now really WHO cares if they had a tiff or not? lol

I agree. That's all that's been on TV. They did say sense it was a one person accident, he doesn't have to make a statement. I kind of think that's B.S. Let me try and do that, I think they would have hauled me in.

I was thinking the same as Yeti. I think he was trying to escape his wife,and is too embarrassed to make a statement.
If she was trying to get him out of the SUV, why not bust the passengers window, then reach in and unlock it. Why break the two back windows. It doesn't make sense.
