Charlie Sheen heads back to Aspen, as does wife Brooke Mueller, for court hearing on restraining order

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are both in Aspen this week to deal with the restraining order placed on them for the incident last month. They need to be there to address the court when the hearing, set for tomorrow, starts

The couple who made Christmas headlines is headed back to Aspen, Colorado, on separate jets, to bring some closure to the court process. Asking the court if the restraining order could be lifted or modified so the couple could go to counseling together is what the lawyers seek to do first. From there, it is anyone's guess.

As with any domestic violence situations, alleged or otherwise, the court will sift through the evidence and make a decision based on the merits of the case. And it appears who covers these merits for the media is going to be another interesting point of the hearing. According to several media sources, a lottery was set up as there was limited space in the courtroom.
