Katy Perry has come a LONG way from fresh faced cutie to red hot bombshell (check photos below). For the August edition of U.K. Esquire, Perry went topless and there was a LOT of top for her to go less with and yeah, those are REAL cus you can flatten up fakes like that.

Anyhow, I'm sure U.K. Esquire will profit nicely from it's cover of Katie since she's only were high waisted underwear and both her boobs are crushed against her.
