The French First Lady, Carla Bruni, has been offered a guest spot on the CBS crime show "CSI."
According to the Huffington Post, "CSI" will be filming an episode in France, and offered the first lady a cameo appearance. The offer stemmed from a letter Bruni sent the show's producers. She said in her letter how much she loved the TV show and watched it frequently. The producers responded by making her the offer to appear on camera.
Starpulse reports that Carla Bruni is no stranger to the camera. She has been in the spotlight plenty of times as a former fashion model, and recently wrapped up filming a small role in Woody Allen's upcoming movie, "Midnight in Paris."
CSI in Paris
Nothing has been said with regard to whether or not Carla Bruni will accept the offer to make an appearance on "CSI."
The two-hour "CSI" special episode will be filmed in Paris.
It certainly sounds as though both parties in this situation should feel honored....the "CSI" producers to have garnered the attention of France's First Lady, and the First Lady as well, for the generous offer on behalf of "CSI" producers. It would be fun to watch Carla Bruni in an appearance on "CSI" and she'd definitely be a shoe-in for most any role they would have her play.
