Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has officially made her way on to the country music scene. In her latest film Country Strong, Paltrow shows off her pipes and her performance is not going unrecognized.
Paltrow's Country Strong performance has gotten tons of hits on Youtube, tons of downloads on iTunes, and perhaps the biggest honor yet, a ticket to perform on the CMA Awards stage!
It must be such an honor for Paltrow who will be front and center on November 10. Although it isn't her first time singing - nor her first time performing - it's a big deal for her to be in front of country's greats, moving up in the ranks herself.
The show, hosted by (yes, you guessed it) Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will also feature performances by Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Sheryl Crow, Alan Jackson, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and the Zac Brown Band" according to MTV.
