Love Triangle stars Wendy Williams, and although she got booted from Dancing With the Stars, she has so much more going for her. She hosts a daytime talk show that airs twice in the New York market and now a show for mature audiences on the Game Show Network.
Love Triangle is a show where a guy or a girl is involved in a triangle with two different love interests. The person is torn between both lovers and gets to see them meet, usually for the first time. They give each other the once-over and then get subjected to questions that will lead to one of them being booted off the show and out of the remaining couple's lives.
The idea for the show probably came from the fact that on her daily talk show, Wendy goes into the audience during her program and answers questions about family and love relationships. The best thing about Wendy is her honesty and she admits to being in a love triangle herself.
On the new show, the two romantic rivals are even subjected to a lie detector test called the 'Trust Buster' while the person choosing between them asks the questions. The person choosing asks hard questions about their present and future relationship, and immediately finds out if they are telling the truth. The audience seems to agree with the choices, and the loser has a chance to say his piece before he leaves the show.
