Now this is what a working mom looks like! Shortly after Beyoncé announced that she was pregnant, the star hit the stage at the 2011 MTV VMAs to perform. The singer flaunted her baby bump, looking absolutely ecstatic and radiant.

Now, video of Beyoncé performing at the VMAs has hit the web. Just Jared reports, "Beyoncé hits the stage to perform her song Love On Top at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles." The cutest part of the video? Dad-to-be Jay-Z looking proud as can be! He's laughing and smiling at his wife as friends—namely Kanye West—push him around, teasing. How nice to see such a powerful and high-profile couple just acting silly and happy about such big news. This is the first child for both stars. Kanye West and Jay-Z are very close—do you think Kanye could even be the baby's godfather?
