Supernatural season 7 continues this week with episode 10, "Death's Door," and Bobby's hanging onto life by a very thin thread, if you believe what the doctor tells Sam and Dean in the promo. So what's coming up for him in this episode?

There are some more spoilers out about this week's episode, "Death's Door," which will find Bobby fighting for his life after that gunshot to the head from Dick in "How to Win Friends and Influence Monsters" (recap here). The promotional photos out have already revealed that he's going to be getting some help from Rufus, and now E! Online has revealed that he's going to be in Purgatory "reliving his life." That makes sense, with the photos showing Bobby and Rufus watching the young Bobby with his parents eating dinner, then later on Bobby facing off with his father. It did seem a bit reminiscent of Sam and Dean in Heaven in the Supernatural season 5 episode, "Dark Side of the Moon," just looking at the photos released. What other moments from his life will Bobby relive?
How will this end for him? Will viewers be left hanging over the midseason break to see if he survives, or will they reveal that in the final scenes of "Death's Door"? With Rufus around, will more be revealed about their history? Their scenes were always enjoyable, and his was the most heartbreaking death of "And Then There Were None" (it did include two Campbell deaths, so that wasn't too hard). It seems likely at least one of their scenes together in "Death's Door" will hold a bit of the humor that has been present in some of their previous scenes together.
