There are already spoilers out for Supernatural season 7 episode 15 in terms of the press release for "Repo Man," and the Winchester brother will be revisiting a case from their past.

"Four years ago, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) helped a woman named Nora (guest star Nicole Oliver) exorcise a demon that was systematically killing women in a small town. They managed to save the postal worker, Jeffrey (guest star Russell Sams), while vanquishing the demon but now it seems the black-eyed monster has reared his ugly head and returned for a second helping. The brothers visit Jeffrey, who has been locked in a psych ward since the incident, to see if he can remember any of the demon's plans while he was possessed."
It's always fun to see Sam and Dean return to something from their past, and that's just what's going to happen in "Repo Man." Though this episode is supposed to be revisiting a case from four years ago, it's one that has not been shown on the series before. Four seasons ago was season 3, which was shortened due to the writer's strike, but four years ago on the show would be season 4, since there was a year between seasons 5 and 6. Wherever it ends up falling, it should be a fun Supernatural episode—and not just because Mark Pellegrino is reportedly returning for this episode.
Only Pellegrino could have you looking forward to Lucifer returning to the show to torment Sam some more as he tries to get past his wall breaking. This season has shown that even though Lucifer hasn't appeared since episode 2, he's still present in Sam's head, and now he's going to be reappearing in this episode.
It's always nice to hear about victims that the Winchesters saved, even if they didn't end up quite so well (Jeffrey is in a psych ward, after all, but he is alive, which is a very good outcome in the scheme of things). While season 7's focus has been on the Leviathans, there have been some stand-alone cases as well, and this one is shaping up to be just that. Now, that doesn't mean there won't be anything about the Leviathans, but it is nice to hear about the Winchesters solving a good ol' demon case again.
