Bones season 7 is currently on hiatus, but will be returning with the rest of the season this spring, and the title and some spoilers, including who's returning, are out for episode 11.
Season 7 episodes 11 and 12 titles and spoilers
TVLine has revealed some spoilers about what to expect in some of the later episodes of the season. First of all, episode 11 is titled "The Family and the Feud," and Stephen Nathan describes it as, "It's our take on the Hatfields and the McCoys. And, of course, it spills over onto our people and their own families." So it's time for some family feuds on the Fox drama, and while that sounds like it should be fun, it's not the best part.
That would be Ryan O'Neal reprising his role as Brennan's father, Max Keenan. He was last seen in the season 6 finale, "The Change in the Game," and he could tell something was different between Booth and Brennan then. Well, he was right, as that was the episode where Brennan revealed she was pregnant with Booth's baby at the end. When Max does show up, he'll get to meet his grandchild, and that's something you have to be looking forward to. It's always good news when Ryan O'Neal shows up, but you have to wonder if he's just in town to meet his grandchild or if there's a reason connected to the case (with this being Max, it's more likely the latter with a bit of the former).
Bones season 7 episode 12 also has a title ("The Suit on the Set"), but that's all that has been revealed about that. As the season comes to an end, you can't help but wonder when Pelant will be showing up again. He has to be pretty far up the list of creepiest killers they've faced, and you just have to wonder how they'll find a way to bring him in for what he's done and those he's killed.
