Grey's Anatomy season 8 features the doctors studying and gearing up for their medical boards, but just because they're preparing doesn't mean they'll all do well.

According to TVLine, "the medical boards don't go well for at least two of the show's docs—one gets a ginormous, stress-induced spontaneous nosebleed (mid-test!) and another fails the first of three sections when he arrives late." Uh-oh, this doesn't sound so good for these doctors. Who will end up being the one who gets to the test late? Could Alex end up being held up by something involving Morgan's baby? The Alex-Morgan situation doesn't seem to just be going away, so that's always possible.
Who could be the one to suffer a nosebleed? Could it be April? Spoilers have leaked about Cristina at an airport, leading some to wonder if Grey's Anatomy season 8 could be her last, but there have also been spoilers that state that other hospitals will be interested in the doctors, so it seems much more likely she's just going to interview elsewhere. Meredith has Callie helping her study, so she should be ready for the boards, but even with all that preparation, could she still get nervous when it comes time to take the test? It could be Jackson whose nose begins bleeding, though perhaps he'll feel ready enough after getting help from Mark.
