Fringe season 4 continues this week with episode 17, "Everything In Its Right Place," which will show Lincoln taking a trip "over there" and working with his alternate self and Bolivia on the next case.
Fringe Season 4 Episode 17 "Everything In Its Right Place" Sneak Peeks
In addition to the "Everything In Its Right Place" promo that has been released, there are three sneak peeks out as well, showing Lincoln in both universes, and some promotional photos (right and below) as well.
In the first sneak peek (below), Lincoln's still in his own universe when he finds out that apparently cows can get Seasonal Affective Disorder too. That's why they're taking a day trip. Cows need vitamin D too. Sometimes you need a scene like this, especially considering what they deal with every day. Lincoln's not going to get to enjoy a day trip with a cow though. He's going to be taking his own trip across universes.
The second Fringe season 4 episode 17 clip (below) shows Lincoln in Alt-Broyles office with Bolivia and alt-Lincoln. Though Lincoln argues that he's done a lot of studying up on shapeshifters and sees a sign of what earlier versions used on one of the victims, alt-Broyles shoots down his idea. There are no signs on the other victims, and he claims that Lincoln could just be seeing what he wants to since he wants to avenge his partners. He also questions why Jones would be targeting criminals. He suggests Lincoln return home. Considering what viewers know about alt-Broyles, you have to question pretty much everything he says. Will Lincoln pick up on something not being quite right with alt-Broyles before he returns to his universe?
In the third "Everything In Its Right Place" sneak peek (below), the temporary team of three head to a crime scene, where an assailant was killed mid-attack. There are similar reports of criminals and junkies going missing and victims calling in to report their assailants being attacked mid-crime. Lincoln jokes, "Maybe Batman's moved to the Bronx," but that sets off a conversation about superheroes. In this universe, Mantis exists instead of Batman, but they're obviously not looking at either superhero for this case. It's always entertaining to hear about the differences in the two universes on Fringe and see how the characters react to them, and sometimes they need moments like those (like the one with the cow in the other sneak peek) before getting down to business.
