Plastic surgery and The Real Housewives of Orange County kind of go together like bees and honey — and today, the ladies gabbed with Dr. Oz about everything you wanted to know about their plastic ways, straight from the source.
"It's becoming part of every day TV," said Vicki Gunvalson, who was open andhonest about her plastic surgery this afternoon on The Dr. Oz Show.
Gunvalson recently appeared in gossip magazine In Touch Weekly, dishing about her "life-changing" enhancements — including a myriad of fillers, Botox, liposuction, and laser treatments — totalling a whopping $7,500.
"I'm sure we're not owning everything we've had," said Tamara Barney, who revealed she had her nose "shaved down" in her early twenties, as well as her breasts surgically altered three separate times -- most recently having her implants removed on a recent episode of the reality hit.
"I wanted the foreign object out of my body," she says about her recent decision to remove her breast implants.
Barney spoke candidly about her recent cancer scare during the episode, revealing she was diagnosed with cervical cancer during filming of the last season of RHOC.
"I think plastic surgery is a very personal thing, but you have to be an adult," added Heather Dubrow, who joined the cast this season, and also happens to be the wife of a plastic surgeon.
What do you think? Is it responsible for these women to be so open about their surgical enhancements, or is this something that should simply be kept to themself?
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs every Tuesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
