It feels like The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been on longer than just three seasons. With all the table flipping, name calling, legal drama, and general debauchery — it would be easy to think it's been on longer than just a few years.
Of all the housewives, none are quite like RHONJ. Love 'em or hate 'em, what really separates these women from the rest in the franchise is the family dynamic embedded in the show — something that viewers eat up, and has proven to be highly successful for Bravo.
"I think it will be a very revealing season and a lot of truth will be told," cast member Caroline Manzo said yesterday to NorthJersey.com. "You're going to see a lot more of us, I guess more raw, I should say.... And we're all gonna have our good and our bad. The good, the bad and the ugly, it's all there, and every one of us will be touched by one of those emotions or all of those emotions."
Sparks were flying during the reunion show for Season 3, where fellow-housewife Jacqueline Laurita was a no-show. Fans have been left hanging for months as to the reason for the new feud between Laurita and Teresa Guidice, which has been widely speculated in the press.
It's expected the drama will unfold during Season 4, but one thing is probably for sure -- the friendship seems over. "Jacqueline and I had a wonderful relationship for about 10 years. We were great friends, but not anymore," Guidice said recently. "It's so sad. We actually went through a 'friends divorce,' which is so hard."
Be sure to tune in for The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 4 premiere, April 22nd on Bravo.
