Hawaii Five-0 season 2 will be kicking off the first part of a two-night crossover event with NCIS: Los Angeles with episode 21, "Pa Make Loa" (Hawaiian for "Touch of Death"), on April 30. What's going to happen when the two forces team up?
H50/NCIS: LA Crossover "Pa Make Loa" Promo
"Five-0 and the NCIS: Los Angeles task force team up in Hawaii when there's a suspect on the loose who is threatening to release a deadly virus into the population."
While Alex O'Loughlin is going to be MIA from this episode (it was during the filming of the crossover that he was in rehab), there are going to be plenty of people working this case. That's a good thing too, because it's going to be a dangerous one—and it's going to be stretching into the next night's NCIS: Los Angeles episode.
In the Hawaii Five-0 season 2 episode 21 promo for "Pa Make Loa" (below), Danny comes across a man asking for help. He's been infected with something, and that leads to Five-0s case. This case couldn't just lead to trouble in Hawaii—this could have ramifications for the world. This is too big of a case for Five-0 to solve on their own, and Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and Sam (LL Cool J) of NCIS: LA fly down to offer their help. How will this episode leave things before they go into the second part of it the following night with NCIS: Los Angeles season 3 episode 21 "Touch of Death," in which Danny and Chin Ho will head to Los Angeles?
