'50 Shades of Grey' 'SNL' Skit Shows What Moms Really Want for Mother's Day

It's no secret. Moms really want 50 Shades of Grey for Mother's Day this year, and there is even a Saturday Night Live skit to prove it. The trilogy, which is a best seller and soon to be movie, made for some funny material on SNL this past weekend.

The book has been called "mommy porn," and SNL did not disappoint with their portrayal of the hot, erotic, best seller. In fact, they suggest that the very best Mother's Day gift idea for 2012 is the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy and a bit of alone time for the moms in your life. What do you think?

Of course, given the erotic nature of the gift, you will have to time your gift giving well; otherwise, you may be embarrassed by your mother's enthusiastic response to her new books. Of course, in the skit, the kids got their mom something else, but they interrupted her during her alone time, which made for some awkwardness. Even so, the books are a good idea especially if you buy them for the Kindle, so you don't have to see what she's reading.
