Dancing with the Stars 2012 comes to a close on May 22 with the crowning of a brand new champion. But will the prize go to NFL star Donald Driver, telenovela hottie William Levy or classical singer Katherine Jenkins? Of course, if he has his way, Donald will be the last celeb standing. But which dances stand between Packer Nation's finest and a victory?
Tonight, Donald and pro partner Peta Murgatroyd will tackle two routines: the ever-exciting, no holds barred Freestyle, as well as a previously danced style chosen by judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. And what did the panelists choose for Donald and Peta? The passionate Argentine Tango, which earned the pair a mixed reaction and a wide range of scores during week 5. Expect them to work hard to please Len, who awarded the initial performance a paltry 8 points.
Tomorrow, Donald and Peta will close out the competition with a 24-hour challenge dance prepared to music assigned during tonight's show.
Of course, regardless of the quality of dance, it takes an avalanche of fan votes to score the win on DWTS, so Peta took to Twitter on May 20 to appeal to Packer Nation--and all of America--for help. Peta wrote, "At rehearsals doing finishing touches this is one #DWTS finale u won't want to miss!!! #Packernation @Donald_Driver80 and I need you!"
Watch the final two episodes of Dancing with the Stars 2012 tonight and tomorrow night on ABC to see if Donald Driver will put out the win.
