At the end of season four of True Blood, Sookie kicked both Eric and Bill to the curb. Will their shared heartbreak bring the two together? Oh, yes, it will! However, it will be more forced together at the beginning. The two still don't like each other very much, but they will have a common goal for once. The two will have to go up against the vampire authority in season five.
Alexander Skarsgard spoke about the pair and what is coming up for them in season five at the premiere for the series Wednesday night. Eric won't exactly be thrilled at his newfound friendship with Bill, who is played by Stephen Moyer. He said the following, according to Access Hollywood:
"That's what it is — it's a bromance. It's been a lot of fun doing that because there's kind of been like four years of us butting heads, fighting over Sookie and [Stephen Moyer, who plays Bill Compton,] is one of my best friends, so it's fun to actually get to have fun together... and to do something different and something new. I think it's weird for Eric in the beginning, because he doesn't really like Bill that much. He doesn't hate him, but he doesn't' really care much about him, so it's weird that he's suddenly cares about this guy, like, 'What?'"
Watching how these two work through their differences to become best friends should be entertaining to watch. They have battled each other back and forth over the last four seasons, so something bad has to happen with the vampire authority to bring these two long time enemies together.
What do you think? Are you ready to see this bromance unfold on True Blood?
