The Killing season 2 continues next week with episode 12, "Donnie or Marie." It's the penultimate episode and the one right before the big reveal of who killed Rosie Larsen. It's been a long two seasons, but finally, it's almost time to get the answer fans have been waiting for.
Season 2 Episode 12 "Donnie or Marie" Promo
"Linden and Holder have the killer within reach. The Richmond campaign prepares for Election Day. The Larsen family attempts to regain a sense of normalcy."
The last episode, "Bulldog," showed Sarah and Holder get the keycard from in the casino's floor and head down to prove that Adams (or someone in his office) was there the night Rosie was killed. However, it did let them into Richmond's office. Richmond has an alibi, which the public now knows. That leaves Gwen and Jamie, and it looks like it could be either of them.
The Killing season 2 episode 12 promo for "Donnie or Marie" (below) begins by letting you know that this season finale won't turn out like the first with, "On part 1 of the two-night season finale, in which Rosie Larsen's killer will be revealed..." Sarah is going to confront Adams about the photo he planted, but she goes on to say, "We have a common enemy. We can make a deal." Will Adams take this deal? With it being so close to the election, it's very possible he'll do whatever he has to in order to win.
Meanwhile, both Jamie and Gwen are looking guilty and looking like they could be the one who killed Rosie and whose keycard Sarah has. Holder discovers that Jamie went to the City Hall gym at 4:37 a.m., but he didn't have his keycard. Then there's Gwen, who came in for a new keycard after that weekend. Not only that, she's also in a photo of the Wapi Eagle Casino Grand Opening. The promo ends with Gwen warning Sarah, "I would be very careful about what I say right now if I were you." So who killed Rosie? Which one of them had more of a motive? Could they both be involved?
