Pretty Little Liars is back, and there is more in store for fans of this series in its third season. More details have come to light, and there seems to be a chance for the return of Maya. Now, she is supposedly dead, and her girlfriend Emily was trying to cope with that in the season premiere. However, when it comes to television - death is not always what it appears to be.
Oliver Goldstick revealed the following when he talked to TV Line:
"I'm not teasing with this: You have not seen the last of Maya."
Now this does open the door to a reappearance by the character. Could it be in ghost form? That seems to be a popular tactic, and when used right it can work. Some instances have pushed fans over the edge with it. Grey's Anatomy and the Denny ghost situation had fans tuning off, but the Bobby ghost on Supernatural this season was welcomed.
It all depends on how the situation is handled. Emily is dealing with her grief and loss, and a visit from the other side could help that. As for Lucas, Oliver had this to say about that character:
"Lucas has gone a little dark on us ... He's a more ragged version of the character we've known."
Get ready for some more drama on Pretty Little Liars. The liars still have the mess from the season 2 finale to clean up. That will be the focus to start off the season.
