The Killing season 2 comes to an end this weekend and with it, so does the mystery of who killed Rosie Larsen. Yes, that will finally be revealed, but will fans be left with another cliffhanger? Fortunately, that's not going to be the case.
Season 2 Finale "What I Know" Spoilers
E! Online talked to Billy Campbell about what's coming up in the last episode of the second season, and he called the finale "pretty terrific" and the ending "perfect." That's reassuring for fans who have waited this long, tuned in every week, and still want to know who killed Rosie. Campbell went on to say, "I think it's both a shock and it makes perfect sense. Actually kind of a double shock." There have been a few twists and turns during Sarah and Holder's investigation, and though right now Jamie is looking pretty guilty, anything could happen in those last moments of the investigation. Could Jamie be hiding something that reveals the real killer and saves himself? The preview does show that Jamie's with Richmond, who wants answers. Will Jamie have something to say to the politician that explains everything? Speaking of politics, what will this mean for the campaign? Who will win?
The Killing season 2 will not be ending on a cliffhanger like season 1 did, as Campbell said, "There is no cliffhanger about this season. Maybe some hint of something to come, but this season and this case are entirely resolved." It's been a long time coming, but will the finale be enough to get people interested in a season 3? Will there even be a season 3?
