Bones will be back for its eighth season this fall, and obviously they'll be getting Booth and Brennan back together quickly so they get back to solving cases together, which is what fans love to see. They'll be dealing with some strange cases this season, and the latest news out about the season is about one such investigation.
Season 8 Spoilers
TV Guide has reported that executive producer Stephen Nathan has revealed that "a murder will take place in an unusual hipster youth community where everyone lives like it's the late 1800s." Now that's definitely weird, and it'll give Booth and Brennan something they have to adjust to. According to Nathan, "They're in a completely different world, with handlebar mustaches and suspenders. Booth and Brennan will have to discover if someone is mimicking Jack the Ripper." This sounds like it should be a very interesting case—it's always fun to see Booth and Brennan out of their element and dealing with something strange, and this certainly fits that description.
Of course, before any of this can happen in Bones season 8, they have to get Booth and Brennan reunited and Brennan home where she belongs. You can check out what Gather.com found out from Nathan and David Boreanaz at Comic-Con in the videos here about just that and what else to expect from Pelant in the upcoming season. Pelant is not going to be a situation that's wrapped up in a bow in that first episode, and it is possible they'll still be dealing with the aftermath of Pelant when this Jack the Ripper copycat case comes around.
