Some things are going to be different when Glee begins its fourth season. There will be some new characters, a new location, and Sue is going to be a mother. How will all this change things?
Season 4 Spoilers
According to E! Online, Jane Lynch has said of Kate Hudson's NYADA dance instructor character, "She's mean and petty and yet there's a heart there, too. She's really good. She gives Rachel a really hard time." Rachel is going to be adjusting to there being others like her at NYADA, and not everything is going to come easy for her. That includes having to get used to new instructors, and Hudson is one of them. Will Rachel find a way to handle this? Since the character is described as having a heart too, perhaps they reach an understanding at some point during the season.
Meanwhile, Lynch also talked about what's coming up for her character in Glee season 4: "Momentarily I'm nice. I've just given birth to a beautiful baby girl who has Down syndrome, and her name is Robin. Which to say hearkens thoughts of spring and new beginnings and her favorite Bee Gee." That was quite the surprise for everyone when Sue announced she was having a baby last season, and there was no way that wasn't going to lead to some changes for Sue. But how long can that last since Sue is known for her insults in the halls? Lynch did say she's "momentarily... nice," but will "momentarily" be for more than an episode or two? It's hard to imagine her not giving the new students of McKinley the same treatment she gave those who have already graduated.
