Glee season 4 premieres next week with episode 1, "The New Rachel," which is going to see Kurt spending some time at McKinley, which can be seen in the latest clip released.
Season 4 Episode 1 "The New Rachel" Sneak Peek
Among the new characters being introduced in the first episode is Becca Tobin's Kitty, the new blonde cheerleader, and she'll remind you a bit of two cheerleaders who have already graduated, Quinn and Santana, so if you thought there would be a gap there, there isn't. She's going to be saying exactly what's on her mind and in her own way, raising a point about Kurt that others will be thinking as well.
The Glee season premiere "The New Rachel" sneak peek (below) shows Sue introducing Kurt to Kitty as the cheerleader pushes her stroller out of her office. Kitty is a young Quinn "except she's not pregnant, manic depressive, or in and out of a wheelchair." Kitty brings up college and comments, "I thought gay people were all successful overachievers," before walking out. Sue tells him not to pay attention to her "even if it's exactly what the rest of the world thinks." Poor Kurt! He tries to bring up his classes at community college (which don't begin for a week), but unsurprisingly, Sue has stopped listening. Some things don't change.
Kurt did have to change his plans after being rejected by NYADA, and that is one of the storylines that is addressed in the first episode of the season. Meanwhile, this is just the beginning of Kitty's remarks, and there are more to come, just in "The New Rachel."
