The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have all turned on their fellow co-star Teresa Giudice. Teresa no longer has any allies on the show after losing both Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita's friendship during filming on season 4 and the drama is getting out of control.
Now that season 5 is fast approaching, producers are scrambling to find a few new women and even the playing field, according to Huffington Post. Their source tells them, "They are looking all the time for new cast members for all the franchises, but nothing gets serious until after the reunion show has been taped and the season comes to an end."
The source also claims that the biggest problem the producers are facing is Teresa and the fact that none of the other women want to interact with her. In fact, most of the ladies haven't spoken to her in over a year! Two cast members told Huff Post that no one wants to tape with Teresa.
They certainly have a lot to overcome when it comes to cast changes. Several franchises have made big changes at it hasn't gone over well so it might be more effective if they add just one or two at the most.
The cast members added, "They are looking at several friends of hers to join the show so she has someone to film with. At the moment, no one has been invited back, but we are all pretty sure Teresa will have two new friends." Among the rumored new cast members is Priscilla Distagio, Teresa's make-up artist.
Luckily, this franchise has only 5 housewives currently, so adding isn't going to be that big of a deal for fans and in the end, it will be easier to watch.
Real Housewives of New Jersey season 4 is currently airing on Sunday nights at 10/9c on Bravo.
