The cast of Basketball Wives LA finally turned up the heat during episode four. After a peaceful season opener—which was a great departure from the huge fight between Malaysia Pargo and Laura Govan in the series première episode—the cast invited Jackie Christie back into the starting line-up and left the door wide open for a ton of crazy.
Jackie clearly needs someone on her side. After seeing newcomer Brooke Bailey and Draya Michele argue over a photo shoot for King Magazine, Jackie saw an opportunity to befriend Brooke and place a new target on Draya's back. Poor Jackie. Her thirst is unbearable to watch. She's frankly too old to behave like a teenager begging for friendships that she initially ruined.
The rest of episode four was a clear setup for the upcoming season. Malaysia continued to push her new friend Bambi Benson on the girls. Although these two may have grown up together, Bambi's casting is clearly a well-orchestrated plan by VH1 producers to cause tension between fellow cast mate Brooke. And you guessed correctly, it's all over a guy. Laura finally began to open up about her strained relationship with her sister. Viewers will have to wait until next week to actually see if these two actually make up. With an apparent dip in the ratings of Basketball Wives LA, these two might need each other once the ink on those VH1 contracts starts to fade.
