Two episodes into the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 5 and feuds are erupting all over. The common denominator seems to be Kenya Moore. She's the newbie who won Miss USA in 1993 and isn't too thrilled with people when they call her "Miss America."
She and Cynthia Bailey have definitely gotten off to a rocky start. She didn't make the best impression on NeNe Leakes when she argued with Cynthia in front of her during a party in her honor. In episode 3, Kenya butts heads with another newcomer on the show, Porsha Stewart.
Porsha's first episode on RHOA will be next Sunday when she holds a charity event for children. She invites Kenya -- whom she just met. Later in the evening, Porsha gets on the microphone and refers to Kenya as "Miss America." Kenya corrects her on the spot in front of everyone. In a preview clip on BRAVO, Kenya is outside venting to Miss Lawrence. Porsha comes out and tells Kenya she shouldn't have overreacted, but Kenya disagrees and feels disrespected because Porsha didn't do her research before inviting her to her event. Porsha says a "line was crossed" with her because she felt disrespected in her grandfather's home. When she orders Kenya to leave, they throw insults at each other in a battle to get the last word in.
This doesn't bode well for two new ladies being close friends on RHOA.
The drama just never stops with the ladies on RHOA! Is Kenya going to drive everyone mad on the show? Her abrasive personality will turn the ladies of Atlanta against her at the rate she's going.
Watch episode 3 of Real Housewives of Atlanta season 5 when it airs next Sunday on BRAVO at 9 p.m., ET/6 p.m., PT.
