Once Upon a Time season 2 ended its winter finale with the tease of Hook and Cora arriving at Storybrooke, and while it's no secret he's planning to go after his "crocodile," what else will the captain be up to once they reach their destination?
According to TVLine, Colin O'Donoghue has previewed, "Smee will definitely play a part in Hook's plans." Christopher Gauthier will be back in the role, and really, could they have had Hook in Storybrooke without involving Smee in some way? But will Smee help Hook in his plans to go after Rumplestiltskin? Could Hook use him to kidnap Belle? Smee's already taken her once before, but will he do it again? Either way, Hook is going to need someone on his side in Storybrooke, especially since Cora's going to be so focused on her own reason for heading to the town.
O'Donoghue did say "Belle is such a huge part of Rumple's life... She might figure into the equation." At this point, it would be shocking if Hook didn't try to use Belle's relationship with Rumple to his advantage in his quest to go after him. The Once Upon a Time season 2 promo for the show's January return (below) already shows Hook and Rumple facing off, but that's clearly only going to be a bit of what's to come for those two. Could Belle see Hook in town and warn Rumple since she does know he holds a grudge against him?
