50 Shades of Grey movie casting rumors are no longer focused on the battle between Christian Grey favorites Matt Bomer and Ian SomerhalderÂ—now two sexy superheroes are fighting over the billionaire's gray silk tie.

Chris Hemsworth might seem more like a living

action figure than a sex god after starring in movies like Thor, The Avengers and Red Dawn. These roles didn't call for a lot of romance and racy scenes. However, the 50 Shades producers reportedly started taking a look at him after learning that his upcoming movie Rush will feature a lot of "naked shagging." The movie is a biopic about the rivalry between Formula One drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda.

However, the IB Times is reporting that Arrow star Stephen Amell could be the caped crusader who defeats 50 Shades of Grey movie favorites Matt Bomer and Ian Somerhalder. He recently finished third behind both guys in a fan poll, but he seems to be steadily gaining support.

Chris Hemsworth has been asked about playing Christian Grey in a few interviews, and he never sounds like he's very interested in the role. He might not want the job because he simply doesn't need itÂ—he's already part of a franchise that's making him a very rich man, so now he can just focus on projects that he's really passionate about. Or perhaps he doesn't want to do anything too sexually-charged now that he's a dad.

But Stephen Amell has said that he's definitely interested in the role, and the movie producers can already see him star in steamy sex scenes in the TV series Hung (he played a prostitute).

Stephen also worked with rival Somerhalder on The Vampire Diaries, and he might have a slight edge over his former costar thanks to his new CW showÂ—he has gained experience playing a billionaire with a secret on Arrow. He's also three years younger than Ian, which puts the 31-year-old star closer to the age that Christian is. There have been some reports that Somerhalder and Bomer probably won't be cast as Christian because they're both too old for the role.

However, this is where Hemsworth has an advantageÂ—he's the same age as Anastasia Steele's boyfriend. Chris is also a bigger star than Stephen is, but since Stephen actually wants the role, he might be willing to work for less money.
