50 Shades of Grey movie fans often think of someone innocent-looking like Emilia Clarke or Alexis Bledel when they picture Anastasia Steele. So would they accept a super-sexy Victoria's Secret angel like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as Ana?
Rosie loves lingerie
so much that she started her own line for M&S (which is "S&M" when you reverse the letters). She would be very comfortable wearing the fine European bras and undies that Christian Grey buys for Ana in 50 Shades, and she'd obviously look amazing in the ultra-feminine finery.
Rosie also has beautiful, full lips—as Fifty fans know, Ana's lip-biting is a very important part of the story since it drives Christian wild. Rosie has tweeted about reading 50 Shades before, so at least she's knows what she'd be in for if she auditions to play Anastasia Steele.
A lot of fans might not like the idea of a model playing Ana in the 50 Shades of Grey movie since they probably picture Ana as being pretty and soft, not sexy and toned like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. However, E. L. James already has a licensed lingerie line based on the looks Ana sports in 50 Shades, and she'd probably love to have a modeling pro like Rosie in the ad campaigns for the line.
Rosie has also posed nude multiple times, so she wouldn't mind stripping down in 50 Shades. And while the Transformers star might not have the best acting credentials just yet, she did something right to score a role in the highly anticipated movie Mad Max: Fury Road. She'll be starring alongside the likes of Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy, who is one name being mentioned for the role of Christian Grey. He's pals with screenwriter Kelly Marcel, so maybe he could put in a good word for his sexy costar.
And if the filmmakers decide that Rosie isn't right to play Ana, maybe she'd make a better Kate Kavanagh. Just like Rosie, Kate is blonde, confident, gorgeous, and glamorous.
So do you think that a lingerie model could play Ana, or would you rather see someone less leggy as Christian Grey's reluctant sex slave?
