Is Harrison Ford reprising his Hans Solo role in Star Wars VII? It was reported back in November that Ford was definitely interested in returning to the big screen in the new Star Wars film.
According to a report from the National Ledger, it certainly sounds like it's a done deal.
"He is officially coming back as Han Solo," a source says. "His deal is done. It's just formalities right now. They haven't really announced it yet. That's the big one right now."
Star Wars VII isn't scheduled to hit theaters until 2015, but if Ford is part of it, you can be sure it's destined to be a box office hit. Even though the actor doesn't have a stellar reputation with die hard Star Wars fans—he even asked for his character Hans Solo to be killed off—and admitted in 2010 he didn't really get the film's plot, he is still a definite draw to the big screen.
Are you a Star Wars fan? Will the reprisal of Hans Solo by Harrison Ford make you even more excited to see the film? Of course that excitement has to be squelched a bit since it won't premiere until 2015, so don't get too excited—at least not just yet.
